You support our team as

Intern (f/m/d) in the field Corporate Strategic Planning and Business Development / Mergers & Acquisitions, Duration: 2-3 Months

Responsibilities

  • Support of national and international M&A transactions, divestments as well as the establishment of joint ventures and company foundations
  • Conducting of company research and preparation of strategic analyses (e.g., market and competitive environment)
  • Preparation and analysis of key financial figures and business plans
  • Preparation of company valuations in accordance with established valuation methods
  • Involvement in the preparation of presentations for the senior management

Qualifications

  • Studies in business administration, economics, business mathematics or industrial engineering with a focus on finance or accounting, from the 4th semester onwards with suitable specialization subjects
  • Relevant practical experience, e.g., internships at investment banks, accounting firms or strategy consultancies
  • A general interest in financial markets
  • Solid analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • Discipline and self-motivation as well as very good German and English language skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong personal commitment, ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment and as part of a global team
