Corporate IT Analyst for Order-To-Cash (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • As a team member in our central IT organization you support our globally operating business units in digitalization and continuous optimization of our Order-to-Cash and CRM related processes.
  • You raise our IT processes in Order-to-Cash to the next level by development of new solutions and applications in close cooperation with the business.
  • Within the scope of our digitalization strategy you implement cross-functional projects (e.g. C4C, EDI, SCM, E-Commerce).
  • You analyze business processes with Process Mining and implement projects to harmonize them across all business units.
  • You drive customer integrations with EDI and support the digitalization of our sales channels with RPA and OCR.
  • Together with our external partners you ensure the support of the SAP ERP SD, LE and SAP C4C for our globally acting business unit.
  • You will leverage your deep process knowledge to develop and implement training concepts and documentation for our international key user community.

Qualifications

  • You hold a degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration or have equivalent job experience.
  • You bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP ERP Sales and Distribution functions and processes, C4C is an advantage.
  • Working in teams and in an analytical and structured way correspond to your mode of operation.
  • Your excellent English skills, strong communication capabilities and high customer focus enable you to work effectively in our international teams and with our business partners.
  • Travelling up to 20% for international project work will be fine for you.
