Business Relationship Manager (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer relationship by identifying and handling of IT-related requirements of the division management and joint prioritization of these requirements with the business and portfolio planning within the IT organization
  • Identify service requirements and sign-up customers to standard services
  • Advising the division management on IT standard service and other ongoing initiatives to harmonize and standardize processes and infrastructure
  • Identification of service-relevant improvement potentials with the support of a data analysis, documentation, and development of action plans
  • Close cooperation with all areas of IT to be able to provide a comprehensive consulting service
  • Identification of synergies between different initiatives and business areas
  • Handle customer satisfaction surveys and customer complaints for the division management

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent qualification
  • 3+ years of IT or digitalization experience
  • Fluent in English language
  • Very strong customer and service focus
  • Strong communication, collaboration, presentation skills
  • Intercultural competence and strong social skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in equivalent position on business or IT side
  • Preferred additional qualifications: ITIL certification, Lean Management background, Project Management experience
