You support our team as

Performance Marketing and Content Specialist (f/m/d)


  • You work in a global scope in order to boost digital visibility across the world of all our brands
  • You support in the development and implementation of the performance marketing strategy to increase conversion and sales
  • You build performance media campaigns in terms of set-up, media management and asset creation
  • You orchestrate the digital customer journey (paid, owned, social) from planning to rollout in relevant channels of the digital funnel by identifying consumer signals and an excellent orchestration of their messaging
  • You track all media, search platforms and campaign analytics (Google, YouTube, Meta) from our brand and competition for agile improvement of assets and of future campaigns ensuring KPIs and ROI are met
  • You mirror the social and low funnel activities in our website and -shops


  • University degree in Business Administration with focus on marketing, digital media management, communication or similar
  • You gained min. 3 years professional experience in marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing ideally in a FMCG business or a media/digital agency
  • You have a proven track record in digital marketing and performance marketing and an intuitive understanding of digital trends
  • You have a high affinity for analytics and data and good technical knowledge of all relevant tools for analytics and data management
  • You are a team player with a strong sense of ownership
