Senior Key Account Manager GDM - Sub-Sahara Africa (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
- Achieve financial targets (Sales, Gross Profit, WC, Cash Flow) and non-financial strategic goals.
- Develop and implement country-specific distributor strategies aligned with FHCS’s overall objectives and KPIs.
- Act as a corporate entrepreneur, driving initiatives that create value for both the assigned markets and the company as a whole.
- Ensure compliance with Freudenberg and FHCS policies, practices, strategic goals, and reporting requirements.
- Represent FHCS as a trusted ambassador, enhancing the company’s reputation through collaboration with customers, communities, authorities, and employees while upholding ethical standards.
Qualifications
- University degree required
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in an international, multicultural environment, with strong sales management expertise (FMCG experience is a plus)
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and commitment to personal development
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and drive change
- Willingness to travel within the region (up to 40%)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
