IT Trainee Business Processes, Digitalization and SAP Consulting (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Our IT trainee program covers a period of 18 months. In the individually planned project assignments (Duration: approx. 6 months each at different locations) you will gain valuable experience in different Freudenberg Business Groups, which cover a broad and very interesting range of industries and sectors
• Because of a several month long assignment abroad you will be optimally prepared to take on a responsible task in IT (focus on cyber security) of the internationally active Freudenberg Group
• During the program you will be accompanied by a personal mentor, a member of the IT Senior Management Team of a Freudenberg Business Group. Who will support you in your professional and personal development. Also practical seminars and method training courses will continuously promote your further development

Qualifications

• You have completed a master's degree in business informatics or industrial engineering or a comparable academic education
• During your studies you already showed your analytical, conceptual and communicative skills
• You enjoy the digitalization of business processes, their implementation in SAP and perhaps already have some experience in change management
• You have initiative, are open to new things and enjoy working with other people
• You are interested in working on projects with international teams
• In addition, you speak fluent English and German
