Global Sales Assistant (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
- Supporting the global sales manager in all operational and strategic tasks.
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings, presentations and reports
- Coordination and monitoring of sales projects as well as independent project management
- Carrying out market and competition analyses to identify new business opportunities
- Coordination of appointments, events and travel management as well as administrative activities
- Planning and implementing sales promotion measures and liaising with internal and external partners
Qualifications
- Commercial training with relevant professional experience
- Experience in a comparable position in a sales environment desirable
- Independent and structured way of working, communication skills, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Experience with CRM systems and sales software an advantage
- Practised handling of modern IT applications and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English and willingness to travel (max. 10%)
