Specialist Chemical Processes (f/m/d)


  • Material development PTFE with focus on customer requirement and production process (e.g. development and optimization of formulations)
  • Supervision of the part life cycle from material production to series production readiness
  • Development and definition of optimal bonding systems (rubber to carrier part)
  • Collaboration in project teams for other chemical manufacturing processes (washing, cleaning, release agents)
  • Support of quality assurance (failure analysis, complaint handling)
  • Preparation of documents (PFMEA, PAP, setting data sheets, work instructions), incl. training courses
  • Maintenance of the material database


  • Successfully completed studies in chemistry, materials science or comparable studies
  • Basic knowledge of the processing procedures of PTFE as well as the chemical bond between rubber and carrier part
  • Knowledge of processes in the automotive industry (APQP process, sampling process PPAP)
  • Mechanical and process engineering understanding of complex functional/machine sequences
  • Structured approach and experience in project management
  • Business fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Confident handling of MS Office tools
