Health and Safety Specialist (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
- Proactive Collaboration: Support the HSE Manager and plant management team in Norderstedt with all matters related to occupational safety.
- Risk Assessments and Operating Instructions: Apply your expertise to create risk assessments and optimize operating instructions.
- Incident Analysis: Contribute to precise investigations of incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Site Inspections: Identify and evaluate potential safety risks directly on-site.
- Training and Instruction: Educate and raise awareness among employees to foster a strong safety culture.
- Developing and Implementing Measures: Design preventive and reactive safety measures and ensure their effective implementation.
Qualifications
- Technical Background: You hold a qualification as a master craftsman, technician, or have completed a degree in a technical or scientific field.
- Specialization in Occupational Safety: You have completed further training as a Health and Safety Specialist (FASI).
- Experience: You have some initial professional experience in occupational safety. Experience in explosion protection and the chemical industry is an advantage.
- IT Skills: Proficient in using MS Office.
- Personality: You work independently, enjoy contributing your own ideas, and stand out with your solution-oriented, collaborative working style.
- Language Skills: You are fluent in German and have a good command of English, both written and spoken.
