Trainee Finance & Controlling (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
- Passing through different stations, also cross-functional
- 6-month assignment at one of our international locations
- Extensive insights into different areas and processes
- Strategic and practical project experience in global and interdisciplinary teams
- Support from a mentor
- Participation in technical and soft skills training, as well as lean management training
- Goal-oriented exchange & development of a network within the global trainee program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in economics
- First practical experience through internships or working student activities
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Independent working style, commitment and initiative
- Holistic thinking and acting
- High motivation and willingness to learn
- Very good German and English skills, an additional foreign language is a plus
- High mobility, also beyond the time of the trainee program
