Supply Chain Project Manager (f/m/d)


  • Management of projects to optimize warehouse processes in Maisach and worldwide
  • Project planning and target tracking
  • Establishment and management of project groups, Management of multidisciplinary teams
  • Ensuring the implementation of binding improvement measures according to specifications
  • Ensuring global product identification standards
  • Reporting / presentation to the board of directors
  • Ensuring process quality within our product identification and optimization program
  • Design of business and IT processes based on best practice approaches with a focus on warehouse processes
  • Ensuring process quality / security and efficiency through
  • Implementation of lean management and Six Sigma concepts
  • Further development of scanning and other IT-based solutions
  • Establish specific performance metrics to measure improvements
  • Inclusion in day-to-day business and operational issues, hands-on approach


  • Graduated from a university or other higher education institution, or an MBA
  • > 7 years of experience in a logistics line function with powerful IT systems such as Oracle, Manugistics, i2 or SAP
  • Experience in project management and global project management
  • Practical experience in Lean Management and Six Sigma concepts
  • ERP know-how and high IT affinity
  • Best practice know-how in inbound and outbound logistics, production planning and in strategic and operational procurement
  • Knowledge of local customs regulations as well as international customs and export regulations
  • Process and solution-oriented thinking, as well as analytical skills
  • Negotiation skills and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel, resilience
  • Work on daily problems and operational issues
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Mastery of another language is an advantage
