Assistance for Logistics (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • Support for the department heads of the logistics areas: Meeting and appointment management, room scheduling, documentation, administration, vacation scheduling support, archiving logs, etc.
  • xFlow / SAP & Veenion order processing and invoice audits
  • Office organization, project collaboration and assumption of project tasks in bottleneck situations (5S+S, Lean Management Office, paperless office)
  • Collaboration on weekly reporting
  • Support with HR topics
  • Control of information management
  • Support organization of further training measures Logistics
  • Administration/organization for the e-car at the site, for work clothes
  • Spindles administration
  • Event organization
  • Mail and duty rounds, parcel acceptance, booking and information addressee / LOG DC FMCS

Qualifications

  • Commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in office management (5S and Lean)
  • Very good IT skills Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Team orientation, social and intercultural competence
  • Above average commitment
  • Good command of English
  • High stress stability
  • Bonus of up to 5.000€ with a valid ZÜP certification
