You support our team as

Commodity Buyer direct material (f/m/d) temporary for 2 years

Responsibilities

• Development of cross-location product group strategies with the lead buyer
• Further development of the supplier relationship to ensure a sustainable level in terms of price, replenishment time, quality, process, etc.
• Maintaining master data in SAP and carrying out tenders and price comparisons
• Continuous identification and realisation of potential for improvement
• Determining sources of supply: Negotiating with suppliers and concluding contracts

Qualifications

• Successfully completed technical/economic studies or comparable training
• 3-5 years of professional experience in purchasing and a good understanding of production technologies
• Strong skills in dealing with SAP S/4 MM, common Microsoft software and stakeholder management
• Proactive working style, ability to work in a team and motivation to drive your own topics forward
• Business fluent in English and German
• Willingness to travel occasionally
