Teamlead Service and Maintenance Real Estate (f/m/d)


  • Professional management and further development of employees
  • Responsibility for the areas: Reception, Post Center, Goods Receipt, Telephone Exchange, Master Data Management, Pool Vehicle Management, Plant Security, Building Cleaning, Outdoor Facility Maintenance, Waste Management, Technical Back Office & Facility Management 7; Removals and conversions
  • Ensuring all facility management functions for the operational area at the Eurasburg and Wolfratshausen locations
  • Organization and further development of the area of building management and technology as well as responsibility for the continuous optimization of buildings, technology and infrastructure
  • Documentation and monitoring of building-relevant data and regulations
  • Perception of the interfaces between building users and service providers


  • Excellent German language skills and a valid work permit for Germany
  • Master / Technician ( HVAC )
  • Good MS Software Knowledge
  • Experience in personnel management
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Participation in on-call duty
