Responsibilities

  • You will collaborate closely with EDMS providers, taking charge of communication and coordination to ensure seamless implementation
  • You will streamline organizational processes by creating detailed flowcharts and identifying areas for optimization
  • Engage with various departments to understand their specific needs and ensure the successful integration of the EDMS
  • Take the lead in developing project timelines and provide regular updates on progress to stakeholders
  • Oversee the implementation of the EDMS, including the migration of existing documents and conducting user training sessions
  • Prepare thorough documentation and reports at each stage of the project

Qualifications

  • As a student currently pursuing studies in a relevant field such as food chemistry, information technology, or business administration, you're well-suited to take on this challenge
  • Your strong organizational and communication skills, coupled with your ability to work both independently and as part of a team, will ensure project success
  • Proficiency in PC usage is a must, and your willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new software programs will be invaluable
  • Previous experience or a keen interest in quality management processes will be advantageous
  • Your reliability, self-motivation, attention to detail, and passion for innovation make you the ideal candidate for this role
