Global Portfolio Manager - Solutions (f/m/d)

Endress+Hauser's Solutions business organization combines industry application knowledge and process automation competence to improve our customer's processes sustainably and profitably.
We are currently looking for a Global Transfer & Storage Portfolio Manager to reinforce our team. Ideally, you will bring expertise in one of the following industries, Oil & Gas, Chemical or Food & Beverage. A background in Custody Metering rounds off your profile.
The position will be based out of Weil am Rhein.

Role + Responsibilities

• You are responsible for preparation and rollout of the Transfer & Storage Solution business sector including associated customer applications
• You will develop a strategy including value proposition, scope, and supply chain process
• You will serve as the interface between E+H Sales and Production Centers
• You will prepare application & marketing collateral material, e.g., markets analyses, web, brochures, sales training material
• You will rollout & develop portfolio in collaboration with the Business Development Managers across all regions
• You will support in developing knowledge and expertise in consultative approach within the respective business sector
• You will support the respective regions in marketing activities, e.g., on events, exhibitions, and summits

Qualification + Profile

• Degree in process automation, process engineering and related
• Good knowledge of Metering
• Industrial expertise in one of the following areas would be beneficial: Oil & Gas, Chemical, Food & Beverage
• Convincing personality with coaching capabilities to lead people without authority
• Experience in dealing with complex matrix organizations
• Intercultural expertise and understanding
• Customer-centric mindset
